Possible!

April 19th, 2010

On May 29, 1953 Edmund Hillary and Sherpa guide Tenzing Norgay became the very first people to make it to the top of Mt. Everest. An “impossible” feat made possible and because it was now possible instead of impossible, in the last 55 years 2,700 people have made it to the top, many of them more than once.
Ask yourself “What do I think is impossible for me?” Do a little research and find out if anyone anywhere has done it and if they did, you can. If your search turns up no one than you are incredibly lucky because you get to be the first. Remember that everything is impossible until some one does it. There is nothing that is permanently impossible. There are just a few things waiting for someone to do them.
Maybe your Mt. Everest is financial or maybe it’s health related or maybe it’s about a relationship or a fear. Whatever it is just remember that it’s only temporarily impossible. The true definition of impossible is that which happens when you stop trying.
Keep going. Keep putting one foot in front of the other. Keep focusing on the next step and not all of the steps. Keep climbing and you will make it possible.
